Prioritizing education and training of the maintenance engineers in safe chemical application procedures and proper analysis techniques has earned us our reputation throughout the industry. We understand that our accessibility (call / response time) and technical support is essential for insuring that all phases of the treatment program are maintained and fully understood. Consequently, we provide at no additional cost, scheduled service calls, minimum of (1) once per month, to properties for the purpose of conducting "on-site" water analysis, trouble shooting, and assisting the operators with any unsolved water related problems. All test results are confirmed in writing, with copies available to all interested parties. For optimum system performance, we also conduct where applicable, scheduled bacteria and fungi growth counts for specific systems, as well as on request, Legionella Bacteria testing and corrosion coupon analysis for monitoring iron and copper deterioration within the various systems.
